When you want to lose weight and look better at the same time there are four important things.
1 Nutrition
2 Cardio
3 Anaerobic exercices
4 Sleep
Following only one of these rules won't help you, you'll notice once . :-) For example, when you eat less, you will loose fat, but muscles as well. After a few weeks I'm sure you'll eat some fastfood. And this won't give you muscles, only fat. Result: you look thin, but not at all thight.

1 Cut down carbohydrates
2 Eat enough proteins
3 Get enough vitamines
Good things: vegetables, fruit, olive oil, yolks, tuna, salmon, chicken, turkey, egg whites, peanut butter, nuts, cottage cheese
Bad things: bread, rice, paste, cookies, potatoes, cornflakes etc. Whole-wheat products are okay but are high in calories so eat them in small portions.
My breakfast
- 2 eggwhites
- 1 yolk
- 1 banana
My lunch
- 2 slices of whole-wheat bread
- chicken
- vegetables
My diner
salmon/tuna/chicken/turkey with vegetables and a mixed salad with olive oil vinaigretteMy snacks
- fruit
Extra tips
- drink 2l water daily
- eat ones a week the diner you like, this will make it easier to persist
- take some ketchup instead of mayonnaise
