There's no way out, healthy food is too important. Cellulite is a result of fat so you'll have to say goodbye to fast food.
Avoid these products:
coffee - alcohol - cigarettes - sauces - soft drinks - chocolate - cheese - butter - deep-fried foods
and fall in love with water (1,5l a day!), olive oil, fruit and vegetables.
2. Cream
Cream, cream, cream. It doensn't have to be anti-cellulite, you can use firming cream as well. The most important thing is the massage. 5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes in the evening. This will improve your blood circulation.
3. Sports
It's logical that you'll have to keep your body in shape. 3 times a week, half an hour. And no, shopping is not a sport; choose something intensive. Vary cardio exercices with muscle exercices.
Another option is a medical treatment with special products. (expensive!)
